Hosted by Connecticut Community Foundation, with presenting sponsor Ion Bank Foundation, Give Local Greater Waterbury & Litchfield Hills #GiveLocalGWLH inspires and empowers our region to raise as much money as possible for local nonprofit organizations during a 36-hour period through online donations. It invites those who love our community to come together and make an incredibly powerful, collective impact by supporting local nonprofits on May 3-4, 2016.
Donors may make gifts at www.GiveLocalCCF.org to participating nonprofits at any time during the event. The minimum donation is $10 and there is no maximum! For added incentive, each dollar donated will be stretched further with a percentage of bonus dollars and there are opportunities for nonprofits to win cash prizes throughout the campaign.
For the fourth year in a row, Ion Bank Foundation has generously agreed to be the lead sponsor of Give Local. Since its inception, Give Local has infused the nonprofit community with over $1.9 million in unrestricted funding.
